EXPLORERTM 300
The EXPLORERTM 300 (see left) is the Class III "little brother" of the
EXPLORERTM 500 "workhorse" BGAN terminal.
The EXPLORERTM 300
is a good choice if you primarily need voice, G3 fax, or moderate speed standard IP internet access.
It will also support up to 64 kbps streaming IP data
which used in certain VoIP applications. It is fairly easy to connect to your computer because it offers wireless BlueTooth, Ethernet (RJ-45), and a USB data port. By
comparison the smaller and 0.9 lb lighter EXPLORERTM 100 only offers
BlueTooth wireless data and a USB data port.
