Outfitter offers three sizes of portable rugged solar panels. The smallest is a Solar Port panel built into a belly pack with a built-in rechargable battery. Charge the internal battery by day and you can recharge most small electronics with DC charger accessories anytime day or night! The belly pack is large enough to carry any of our handheld sat-phones, too. If you need more power, we have various sizes of multi-fold panels up to 26 Watts (stackable up to 78 Watts). We also offer ruggedized rechargeable battery packs for use with the solar panels.
This new product from Pelican includes a sealed lead acid battery and a powerful 1280 Lumen LED lighting source. The battery pack can be charged in 6 hours and will run the LED for up to 17 hours. The system weighs 54 lbs, and is IATA approved so it is safe to fly. You can also use it as a 12 VDC power supply. Call for more information.
