Outfitter Satellite will make every effort to process this kind of urgent reload request quickly. Please follow the instructions below carefully. To help ensure that your urgent prepaid reload voucher order is processed without delay please do the following:
- Complete your online order from the selection of vouchers below. Take note that Iridium, Iridium GO!, GSPS and BGAN vouchers are available here. Be careful to select the correct type of voucher for your satellite phone or terminal. Please include the SIM serial number (or satellite mobile number) in the COMMENTS section of the check out process.
- Leave a message for our after-hours support team by calling 615-889-8833 and pressing 7. This notifies them that an expedited order requires processing.
- You will receive a confirmation email after the reload has been processed.
* There is no guarantee that existing prepaid balances eligible for carry over will not be lost if a reload order is placed less than 2 business days prior to the original expiry date. Reloads can also be delayed by scheduled or unscheduled system upgrades of the satellite network's reload system.
