IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Your reload order will be processed during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CST excluding major holidays. Prepaid reload orders made over the weekend or on holidays normally will be processed on the next business day. If you require a reload during non-business hours, please use our URGENT RELOAD PROCEDURE and do not order from the vouchers listed on this page.
After your online order is submitted, we will process your order as quickly as possible. Additional delays can result from system maintenance by the satellite network itself during which reloads cannot be processed. Outfitter Satellite is not liable for any discontinuity of service which may occur while a reload order is being processed. If the reload order is entered less than 2 business days before the expiration date of the prepaid account, Outfitter Satellite is not responsible for the loss of any expiring prepaid units.
