The Globalstar GSP-2900-MARINE-MST series phone provides access to satellite voice and data services for both fixed site and marine craft.   A high performance mini-stick antenna and marine-grade dome enclosure are included.  The dome enclosure allows mounting on a male-threaded pole.   Cable length options of 20', 30' and 55' are available.

The GSP-2900-MARINE-MST is designed for harsh environments and has an operating temperature range from -22 to +140 degrees Fahrenheit.   The kit includes an AC power supply and battery backup for reliable service.

External Phone Support:  The GSP-2900-MARINE-MST includes a standard modular phone jack (RJ11) that is compatible with all standard wired analog phones and most cordless phones.  Up 800 feet of telephone line can be used. As many as 5 RJ-11 jacks can be connected.  Standard international dialing applies for outbound calls (00 or 011 prefix).   A US phone number is supplied with service activation.

Data Capabilities:  The GSP-2900-MARINE-MST also supports internet and data access up to 9600 bps (uncompressed) through the Globalstar network.   This requires the use of a serial data cable.  Direct TCP/IP and asynchronous modem communications are supported.
