From choosing your equipment to getting it delivered, our rental process is designed to make sure we have everything needed to prepare the right kit for your trip, project or event.
Select the satellite phone, communicator, hotspot or Starlink equipment you want to rent from our website and choose the rental option that best fits your requirements.
Fill out the rental contract for your chosen product, confirming your details, rental requirements, any optional extras and any additional shipping or contact addresses we need to know about.
Once your completed contract reaches our team, we review the details, prepare the correct equipment and accessories, confirm any selected extras and process payment for your rental.
We prepare and ship your rental kit to the specified address so you receive the correct equipment ready for your scheduled rental period.
Simply select the device from the list above, fill out the Rental Contract telling us things like rental period and delivery address, and we will do the rest. Your equipment will be shipped ready to use. You simply return it at the end of your rental period.
Rentals include the device, battery, chargers, and helpsheets. Some packages also include prepaid airtime or the option to add minutes before your trip.
Rental periods are flexible, typically starting from a minimum of 7 days and extending to several weeks or longer depending on your needs.
You can usually choose between prepaid minutes or pay-as-you-go usage. If you exceed any bundled minutes, additional usage is simply charged at standard rates.
Satellite devices are designed to work in remote and off-grid locations where mobile networks are unavailable, including mountains, oceans, deserts, and rural areas. Our rentals all harness the Starlink or Iridium satellite network which both offer truly global coverage.
If you only need the equipment for a short trip or one-off project, renting is far more cost-effective than purchasing a device outright, which can cost hundreds or thousands.
