Returns Policy

Outfitter Satellite has a 30-Day Limited Returns Policy

New equipment purchases returned within 30 days of purchase and determined by Outfitter Satellite to be in new and unused condition in the original packaging, will be accepted for return with a 20% restocking fee, except that:

• Prepaid vouchers, once loaded on to a SIM card or otherwise electronically delivered to you, are non-refundable.
• Any item marked as a "custom order" is an item that is not normally stocked by Outfitter Satellite and is not returnable or refundable.
• Orders of 10 or more identical items purchased through OutfitterSatellite.com, and orders purchased with a volume discount or other special discount are not returnable or refundable.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please contact our customer service department before returning your equipment. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approved by Outfitter Satellite and signed by the customer. Equipment being returned for warranty or non-warranty repair or evaluation also must be accompanied by a signed RMA agreement.
