Iridium Web & Mail and Android 14 | Update from Iridium
Our Product Support team advised that due to recent changes introduced in Android 14 and above, IMW is no longer compatible with these newer versions of the operating systems. We are currently investigating the options for updating the app. This includes evaluating the effort involved, understanding the complexities of the required changes, and determining the best path forward for the app. Our goal is to ensure that any decisions we make align with providing the best experience for you and your users. In the meantime, we are also exploring alternative solutions and applications that we could recommend to address your needs and are here to assist with any questions or support required during this transition.

SIM cards are available at no charge delivered free to any US address. You can activate when you are ready. Monthy-billed plans for the Iridium GO! include some plans with unlimited SMS messaging or unlimited Iridium Direct Internet Data service. If you are buying a prepaid plan, we send reminder emails shortly before the prepaid account validity expiration date. When prepaid vouchers are purchased online, the order normally will be processed during regular business hours, but in urgent situations, our technical support team can process an order 24/7.
Revised Iridium SIM Reactivation Process
In order to be more sustainable by reducing SIM card waste and physical shipments, and to get customers activated onto the Iridium network more quickly, Iridium has redeveloped its SIM card reactivation process. This new streamlined approach also means you can release your Iridium SIM card for a fraction of the previous cost.
