Free 2-Day Delivery for Rentals applies to rental agreements for the Iridium 9575, Iridium 9555, Iridium GO! and Inmarsat Isatphone 2 (but not other products) and requires a Continental US delivery address. Delivery is in 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Surcharges apply for Alaska or Hawaii delivery addresses and for Saturday delivery or Priority Overnight delivery. Saturday Delivery is not available in all areas. Offer only applies to rentals using our published pricing and does not apply to specially negotiated rental agreements. The customer remains responsible for shipping costs related to returning the rental equipment.

Free 2-Day Delivery for Online Orders that include a Phone Purchase with the following exclusions: The free 2-day delivery offer requires a continental US delivery address (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). To qualify, the online order must include an Iridium 9575 (new or used), Iridium 9555 (new or used), Iridium GO! (new or used) or an Inmarsat IsatPhone 2 (new or used). Delivery is in 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If Saturday or overnight delivery is requested, shipping charges will apply. This offer only applies to orders using our published pricing and does not apply to orders using volume or specially negotiated pricing. We ship everything insured and for this reason a shipping insurance fee equal to 0.9% of the total invoice applies to all online purchases.

Check-Out Instructions for Online Phone Orders: In order to utilize the Free 2-Day Delivery offer described above, you must enter coupon code FREETWODAY at checkout. If your order qualifies for Free 2-day Delivery but you require Priority Overnight or Standard Overnight delivery, you can enter coupon code OVERNIGHTDISCOUNT at checkout to receive a $25 credit on your order.


Other Shipping Policies:

  • Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Central time, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. All orders must be verified by telephone before the order is shipped. Orders are shipped with service active unless you purchase hardware with a no-service option, or have requested an inactivated SIM for later activation.
  • It is your responsibility to select a shipping method that will deliver to your zip code and satisfy your own time constraints. FedEx Express shipping methods include Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight and 2-day shipping. Weekends are not included in FedEx Express shipments so for example, a 2-day shipment that ships on Friday will not arrive until Tuesday. Ground or Home Delivery (residential ground) has no guaranteed delivery time frame and can take from 2 to 7 business days to arrive.
  • If an order with complete information is submitted on a business day before 3:00 p.m. Central time and a FedEx Express shipping method is chosen, then the order normally will ship that same day.
  • If an order is submitted after 3:00 p.m., on a weekend or holiday, or if Ground shipping is chosen, the order normally will ship on the next business day.
  • If your item is backordered, please contact us at 615-889-8833 during normal business hours to find out when your order is expected to ship.
  • All products are shipped FedEx Direct Signature Required unless we ship on your FedEx account. To do this, you must make the request in writing.
