The SHOUT nano 100 is a compact narrowband SATCOM terminal designed for handheld or body-worn use, with integrated Iridium and GPS antennas. It pairs with a smartphone over Bluetooth to enable two-way messaging, supporting free-text, pre-set, or mixed message formats. The device can automatically transmit hourly location updates, delivering over 2,000 reports on a single charge, and can be configured to wake from sleep at set intervals to send position reports to a command center.
For emergencies, a dual-button 911 function sends immediate alerts, which can be routed either to a monitoring hub or directly to a designated contact. Messages can be transmitted in standard format, encrypted with 256-bit AES, or in PECOS formats with Brevity codes.
Configuration is straightforward: operating parameters can be managed via Bluetooth using the SHOUT mobile app, or through a USB-C connection with SatTerm software.
