Iridium GO! exec Monthly Contracts

These plans are for GO! exec terminals used for recreational purposes on land or sea. They can also be used by commercial users on land, but not in commercial maritime applications.

Iridium GO Exec is a premium satellite hotspot designed to bring reliable voice, text, and data connectivity to your smartphone or tablet when you are outside the reach of normal mobile networks. It creates a Wi-Fi connection to the Iridium satellite network, so you can stay in touch even when you are offshore, in remote terrain, or travelling in areas without cellular coverage.

Our monthly airtime contracts make it simple to keep your Iridium GO Exec connected with predictable billing and clear plan options. These contracts give you ongoing access to Iridium’s global satellite network, so you can make calls, send messages, share location updates, and use internet services without having to worry about topping up prepaid credit.

Terms & Conditions

• Taxes, USF charges, and other regulatory fees are not included in the listed rates. The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees, which may vary.  A full breakdown of any such charges will be provided before your purchase is completed.

• Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), minutes, and IP Data will be prorated based on the actual activation date in the current bill cycle but will not be prorated on deactivation. No suspend option is available.

• Monthly Voice Bundle and IP Data Bundles are "use or lose" and no unused portion will carry forward or rollover to the next month. The MRC provides limited access, up to a specified amount, for use within the billing cycle without additional charge. Use of less than this specified amount of usage under the MRC in any single bill cycle creates no entitlement to any compensation, rebate, credit or carry-over to the next bill cycle.

• Voice Bundle (minutes) includes ISU-PTSN, ISU-ISU, and ISU-Voicemail voice call types. The Voice Bundle represents the allowance or maximum usage without incurring additional charges or overage fees and is not a required usage amount. 3 IP Data Bundle (MBs) is shown as a monthly allowance that represents maximum usage without incurring additional charges or overage fees and is not a required usage amount.

• The Annual Recurring Charge (ARC) on the GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM annual plans is charged for the first time at plan activation and thereafter the annual renewal ARC is charged on the billing cycle closest to and prior to the anniversary date. The first month is prorated as of the date of activation for the data prior to the first regular billing cycle date following the initial activation.

• Prepayment in full of the ARC is required at the time of activation while all data Overage Charges, and Telephone/Voice usage charges will be invoiced and paid on a post-paid basis.

• The GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM plans are annual plans. There is no suspend option and no credit or refund will be provided if a GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM ISU is deactivated prior to satisfaction of the twelve (12) month Term Commitment. No unused amount of the IP Data Bundle will be carried forward or rollover if an ISU renews on either the GOexec-600LM and GOexec-1000LM i.e. "use or lose".

• Messaging Events (Large) are defined as larger IMT messages greater than or equal to 5kB and up to and including 100 kB. Large Iridium Messaging Events that are less than 100 kBs are rounded up to 100 kB, for example, a Large Messaging Event of 5.01 kB will be rounded up to 100 kB for rating and pricing purposes.
