We at Outfitter Satellite Phones understand we’ve chosen a select, important industry to be a part of. We are a satellite phone company that realizes our duty to provide our customers with exceptional satellite mobile phones and the like isn’t the only aspect we need to be adept in so that our customers are secure. That’s why our customer service staff is willing to go the extra mile. If you need an urgent prepaid account reload outside of our regular business hours, our technical support team can process that order, usually with no trouble.


Our technical support team provides customer service that is available 24/7. Although our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM CST (yes, yes -- tragically, we have families and lives outside of work, so we can’t always be open), a support technician will typically respond within 2 hours of your call.
